Joy & Gladness offers ready-to-wear, bespoke and custom fashion pieces, clothing, accessories, jewellery and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours may nevertheless appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES).
Any applicable delivery, courier, bus, freight or shipping cost is not included as free delivery and will be communicated separately where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical or product-information errors before an order is fulfilled.

Custom orders are made according to measurements, specifications or preferences agreed with the customer.
The normal production period for a custom order is approximately 5–7 days, unless a different timeline is communicated and agreed.
Production timelines begin after the required measurements, specifications and payment arrangements have been confirmed.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated when an order is confirmed.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
An order is considered confirmed once the applicable payment or agreed deposit has been received and acknowledged.
Joy & Gladness does not provide free shipping or free delivery.

Joy & Gladness does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
Custom and bespoke orders are also non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed and production has commenced.
