Joy & Gladness Collection does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been confirmed.
This policy applies to both ready-to-wear and custom orders.
Custom and bespoke garments are prepared specifically according to the customer's confirmed requirements.
Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where Kenyan law requires otherwise.
Customers should therefore confirm all measurements, fabric selections, design specifications and other requirements before production begins.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their items promptly upon collection or delivery.
If the item received is materially different from the item ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and supporting information.
Minor differences in fabric pattern placement or print positioning from the website image are not considered a defect, provided the correct fabric, style and overall design have been supplied.
